SVC Agricultural Research Training Development Centre establish for the farmer empowerment with advanced agro-technology to develop model farms in order to enhance the existing farm productivity, quality in sustainable approach and contribute in increasing farmer’s awareness and adoption of better practices, eventually leading to better income of farmers. We showcase the utility of technology at grass-root level across the Agri Value Chain and play a critical role in solving the major pain points of agrarians, i.e. Improved PoPs, Input availability, farm mechanization, Post-Harvest Management, Market Linkage, better income realization etc. in a sustainable way. Our idea is to leverage the recent movements in agri-ecosystem towards increasing income, for converting every farm into Smart Farm Enterprise to make farming a core business beyond just a practice by hoping to increase their income by two times and curtailing the expenditure by half.
